General Eligibility Criteria for Gajapati District Court Recruitment 2024

To be eligible for any of these positions under the Gajapati District Court Recruitment 2024, a candidate must:

• Be a citizen of India.
• Be between 18 and 32 years of age as of 14th June 2024. Age relaxation is available: 5 years for SC, ST, SEBC, and Women candidates; 10 years for Physically Handicapped candidates. For Ex-Servicemen, age is adjusted based on the duration of service rendered in the Armed Forces.
• Be able to speak, read, and write Odia, and must have passed a test in Odia language equivalent to M.E. standard.
• Have good character and sound health, free from any bodily defects or infirmities.
• Have no more than one spouse living, if married.

Educational Qualification for Gajapati District Court Recruitment 2024

For Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist
Must have passed at least a +3 or equivalent from a recognized university.
Must have a Diploma in Computer Application (DCA) or equivalent from a recognized institution.

For Junior Typist
Must meet all the criteria for Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist.
Must have completed a Typing course from a registered institute with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute in English.

For Stenographer Grade-III
Must meet all the criteria for Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist.
Must have completed a Stenography course from a registered institute with a minimum speed of 80 words per minute in shorthand and 40 words per minute in English typing.

• A declaration regarding marital status (if married).
• Self-attested photocopy of medical certificate showing the percentage of disability (for physically handicapped candidates).
• A declaration stating no criminal antecedents.
